About Us

At AI for Education, our mission is to provide AI literacy training to 1 million educators and lead the responsible adoption of Generative AI in the education ecosystem, empowering teachers and ultimately improving student outcomes while preparing them for the future. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver high-quality AI literacy programs and training initiatives.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our educational AI literacy programs and training initiatives for K-12 and Higher Education institutions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring they align with our mission to enhance AI literacy in education.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables for AI literacy initiatives, including but not limited to training and other workshops, new products, webinars, and conferences.
Coordinate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams including curriculum, workshop facilitation, business development, and marketing to ensure program implementation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication plans for stakeholders
Manage relevant technology stack including scheduling management and the CRM to ensure we are meeting the organization’s commitments
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet standards

Continuous Improvement

Implement systems to gather feedback on program effectiveness and participant satisfaction
Analyze project outcomes and metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and standardize project management processes to increase efficiency and scalability
Contribute to the improvement our AI literacy curriculum and delivery methods based on user feedback
Stay informed about emerging trends in AI education and project management methodologies

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills

4+ years of project management experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or professional development settings
Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Background in education or instructional design
Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure project outcomes
Experience with Go-High-Level (or other relevant CRMs) and Asana
