- An Academic Champion: Strong foundation (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in a relevant field like Instructional Design, EdTech, or Learning Sciences.
- A Builder: 1-3 years of experience creating, iterating, and improving learning content or digital experiences.
- Tech-Savvy: You can wield tools like Articulate, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite with finesse.
- A Storyteller: You can break down complex ideas into simple, impactful narratives.
- Driven by Purpose: You’re obsessed with making education better, faster, and more accessible.
